We are an independent investment office, not a fund with a fixed term or a mandate to return capital by a set date. That independence is deliberate, it lets us evaluate opportunities on their merits, hold them for as long as they need to be held, and make decisions without the pressure of an external redemption clock.

Our team brings together operational, financial, and sales experience earned inside the businesses we have owned and run, not just advised on. That combination matters when a portfolio company needs to renegotiate a supplier contract, restructure a sales organization, or navigate a difficult quarter — we have sat on both sides of those conversations, and we bring that experience directly into the boardroom rather than delegating it entirely to management.

Today our holdings span multiple industries and continents. We did not set out to build a conglomerate; we set out to back good businesses and good operators wherever we found them, and stayed close enough to each one to be useful long after the initial investment was made.
